Florence is a coastal city in Lane County, in the U.S. state of Oregon. Visit Devils Punchbowl State Natural Area and Heceta Beach for some beach relaxation. For shopping fun, head to Lincoln City Glass Center or Rock Your World: Pacific Northwest Gem & Jewelry Gallery. Venture out of the city with trips to Yaquina Head Lighthouse (in Newport), Dolphin & Whale Watching (in Depoe Bay) and Cape Perpetua Visitor Center - Siuslaw National Forest (in Yachats). There's still lots to do: Head underground at Sea Lion Caves, take in the dramatic natural features at Thor's Well, see Sandland Adventures, and immerse yourself in nature at Shore Acres State Park.
