The legendary birthplace of the Greek goddess Aphrodite and the capital of western Cyprus, the city of Paphos showcases an abundance of archaeological, architectural, and historical sites.
Kick off your visit on the 24th (Sat): see the interesting displays at Paphos Ethnographic Museum, then explore the historical opulence of Paphos Harbour Castle, and then explore the ancient world of Kato Paphos Archaeological Park. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: stroll through Coral Bay, then take in the dramatic natural features at Aphrodite's Rock, then take a memorable tour with Tours, and finally explore the ancient world of Tombs of the Kings.

Istanbul, Turkey to Paphos is an approximately 7-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and ferry. The time zone changes from Turkey Time (TRT) to Eastern European Standard Time (EET), which is usually a -1 hour difference. When traveling from Istanbul in September, plan for a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Paphos: temperatures range from 35°C by day to 24°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 25th (Sun) so you can go by car to Ayia Napa.

Ayia Napa — 3 nights

Though Ayia Napa boasts archaeological sites and the largest water park in Europe, the city is best known as a party hub.
Ayia Napa is known for beaches, sightseeing, and theme parks. Your trip includes some of its best attractions: enjoy the sand and surf at Nissi Beach, pause for some serene contemplation at Church of Profitis Elias, make a trip to Cape Greco National Forest Park, and stroll through Fig Tree Bay.
