Stratford-upon-Avon is a market town and civil parish in Warwickshire, England, on the River Avon, 101mi north west of London, 22mi south east of Birmingham, and 8mi south west of Warwick. On the 10th (Sun), admire the landmark architecture of Shakespeare's Birthplace, admire the striking features of Shakespeare's Schoolroom & Guildhall, and then take in the spiritual surroundings of Holy Trinity Church. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: experience rural life at Stratford Butterfly Farm, walk around Charlecote Park, then steep yourself in history at Warwick Castle, and finally don't miss a visit to Smith Street.
