You'll discover tucked-away gems like Lake Agnes and Sunshine Meadows. Take a break from the city and head to Natural Bridge and Bow Valley Parkway. Step out of Banff National Park with an excursion to Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park in Canmore--about 1h 10 min away. The adventure continues: tour the pleasant surroundings at Tunnel Mountain Trail, take in the dramatic scenery at Bow Falls, contemplate the waterfront views at Bow Lake, and cruise along Icefields Parkway.

Getting from Banff National Park to Jasper National Park by bus takes about 2 hours. Other options: drive. While traveling from Banff National Park, expect a bit warmer days and about the same nights in Jasper National Park, ranging from highs of 23°C to lows of 5°C. You'll have a few hours on the 21st (Thu) to wrap things up before traveling to Squamish.

Easily accessible from both Whistler and Vancouver, little Squamish sits in the middle of one of Canada's scenic natural areas, affectionately called the "Sea to Sky Country." A vacation in Squamish provides the perfect opportunity to try a range of outdoor activities, so it's not surprising the town calls itself the "Outdoor Recreation Capital of Canada." Visitors get their dose of adrenaline by rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, golfing, whitewater rafting, or kite surfing in the area.
Get outdoors at Nairn Falls Provincial Park and Skookumchuck Narrows Provincial Park. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Centennial Beach and Shannon Falls Provincial Park. Get out of town with these interesting Squamish side-trips: Gibsons (Sunshine Coast Olive Oil Co. & Persephone Brewing Company), Sechelt Heritage Hidden Groves (in Sechelt) and Princess Louisa Inlet (in Malibu). Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 1 hour traveling from Jasper National Park to Squamish. Expect a bit warmer evenings in Squamish when traveling from Jasper National Park in June, with lows around 11°C. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 29th (Fri) to allow enough time to travel to North Cascades National Park.
