Isla de Vieques — 7 nights

For sixty years until 2003, most of the Isla de Vieques was closed off to the public, with the US Navy using the island's beaches and surrounding waters for drills and testing of new military machinery, such as bombs.
Explore hidden gems such as Playa Caracas and Stand-Up Paddleboarding. There's much more to do: enjoy the sand and surf at Balneario Sun Bay, tour the pleasant surroundings at Playa Media Luna, step off the mainland to explore Vieques Island, and take a leisurely stroll along Mosquito Pier.

A seaside playground in the Caribbean, Rincon was a small agricultural and fishing town until it hosted the 1968 World Surfing Championship.
Discover out-of-the-way places like Playa Crashboat and Playa Buye. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Rincon: The Old Aguadilla Lighthouse Ruins (in Aguadilla), Isabela (Montones Beach & Jobos Beach) and Cabo Rojo (Playa Sucia & Faro Los Morrillos).
