The country's second city, Busan has often been referred to as South Korea's summer capital.
Step out of Busan to go to Geoje and see Oedo Botania, which is approximately 1h 40 min away. There's lots more to do: get outside with Haeundae Beach, kick back and relax at Gwangalli Beach, snap pictures at Gwangandaegyo Bridge, and relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Busan is an approximately 9-hour flight. You can also drive. Traveling from Kuala Lumpur to Busan, you'll lose 1 hour due to the time zone difference. Traveling from Kuala Lumpur in December, expect Busan to be much colder, temps between 10°C and 0°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 30th (Fri) early enough to go by car to Gyeongju.
