Valley Forge

Valley Forge
The Village of Valley Forge is an unincorporated settlement located on the west side of Valley Forge National Historical Park at the confluence of Valley Creek and the Schuylkill River in Pennsylvania, United States. Get some historical perspective at Valley Forge National Historical Park and Ephrata Cloister. Let the collections at Hagley Museum and Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania capture your imagination. Change things up with these side-trips from Valley Forge: Turkey Hill Experience (in Columbia), Chadds Ford (Brandywine River Museum of Art & Chaddsford Winery) and Peddler's Village (in Lahaska). There's still lots to do: admire the local landmark of Longwood Gardens, buy something for everyone on your list at Visionworks - King Of Prussia Mall, go for a walk through Kitchen Kettle Village, and look for gifts at The Old Country Store.

In November, daily temperatures in Valley Forge can reach 54°F, while at night they dip to 36°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 15th (Wed) to allow enough time to travel back home.
