Home of LEGO

Billund centers around everything LEGGO, as the seat of the internationally renowed company's headquarters (and also home to the Billund airport, built by the LEGGO company).
Start off your visit on the 26th (Mon): let the kids burn off some steam at LEGO House, then find something for the whole family at LEGOLAND Billund, and then make a splash at Lalandia. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 27th (Tue): contemplate the long history of Ribe Vikinge Center, admire the landmark architecture of Ribe Domkirke, and then get a taste of the local shopping with Ribe Glas ved Erna Moeller.

The capital of the island of Funen, Odense represents the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen, who penned such classics as "The Little Mermaid" and "The Ugly Duckling." Denmark's third-largest city proudly displays its link to the famous writer with museums, sculptures, and public art installations dedicated to Andersen and his stories.
On the 29th (Thu), see the interesting displays at H. C. Andersens House, then learn about wildlife with up-close encounters at Odense ZOO, and then explore the historical opulence of Egeskov Castle.
