Situated on the banks of the lower Loire river, Blois opens doors to many activities centered along the banks of the river.Get out of town with these interesting Blois side-trips: Chateau de Chenonceau (in Chenonceaux), Paris (Luxembourg Gardens, Musee d'Orsay, &more) and Le Chateau du Clos Luce - Parc Leonardo da Vinci (in Amboise). There's lots more to do: explore the historical opulence of Chateau Royal de Blois, stroll around Les Jardins de l’Ancien Eveche, have some family-friendly fun at Crazy World (karting), and let little ones run wild at Parc des Mees.
