You might consider the city of Budapest, divided by the Danube River into two distinctive cities--Buda and Pest--to be essentially one large World Heritage Site.
Budapest is known for historic sites, sightseeing, and nightlife. Your trip includes some of its best attractions: ponder the world of politics at Hungarian Parliament Building, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at St. Stephen's Basilica (Szent Istvan Bazilika), steep yourself in history at Széchenyi Thermal Bath, and make a trip to Heroes' Square.

Pécs is the fifth largest city of Hungary, located on the slopes of the Mecsek mountains in the south-west of the country, close to its border with Croatia. Explore Pecs' surroundings by going to Boszenfa Deer Farm - Petting Zoo (in Boszenfa), Okopark Bukkosd (in Bukkosd) and Busoudvar (in Mohacs).
