Thankfully lacking some of the commercialism of other islands nearby, Virgin Gorda offers a relaxing place to holiday, and maintains a feeling of intimacy despite its reputation as an exclusive destination.
Spend the 2nd (Wed) exploring nature at Devil's Bay National Park. There's lots more to do: take in the dramatic natural features at The Baths, steep yourself in history at Wreck of the Chikuzen, discover the deep blue sea with Sunchaser Scuba Ltd., and go for a stroll along the water at Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour.
