35 days in Hue Itinerary

Nestled on the banks of the Perfume River, the city of Hue remains most famous as the former home of the Nguyen Dynasty, the influence of which remains evident in local palaces, temples, forts, and museums.

Le Family Rider has been added to your itinerary. Change things up with a short trip to Laguna Golf Lang Co in Cu Du (about 1h 15 min away). Spend the 7th (Sat) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. Spend the 22nd (Sun) exploring nature at Bach Ma National Park. There's lots more to do: steep yourself in history at Imperial City, stroll the grounds of Royal Tombs, contemplate the waterfront views at Perfume River, and admire the landmark architecture of Thien Mu Pagoda.

Da Nang to Hue is an approximately 2-hour car ride. You can also take a bus; or take a train. In August, plan for daily highs up to 40°C, and evening lows to 29°C. You'll have a few hours on the 9th (Thu) to wrap things up before traveling home.
