With a nickname like the "Pearl of the Orient," it's not surprising Shanghai offers some of the most rewarding attractions and activities in the Far East.
Start off your visit on the 12th (Mon): examine the collection at Shanghai Museum and then identify plant and animal life at Shanghai Wild Animal Park.

Amsterdam, The Netherlands to Shanghai is an approximately 15-hour flight. You can also do a combination of train and flight; or do a combination of flight and bus. Step off the beaten path and head to 1730 Jesuit House and Spas & Wellness. Do some cultural sightseeing at Basilica del Santo Nino and Taoist Temple. Step out of Cebu City with an excursion to Scuba & Snorkeling in Lapu Lapu--about 1h 05 min away. Getting from Cebu City to Boracay by flight takes about 1.5 hours. Other options: do a combination of flight and bus; or do a combination of ferry and bus. When traveling from Cebu City in February, plan for little chillier days and about the same nights in Boracay: temperatures range from 32°C by day to 26°C at night. Cap off your sightseeing on the 25th (Sun) early enough to catch the ferry to Puerto Galera.
