Kashima is a city located in Ibaraki Prefecture, in the northern Kantō region of Japan. Kick off your visit on the 2nd (Tue): take in the spiritual surroundings of Chosho-ji Temple and then indulge your taste buds at Sun Green Asahi. Keep things going the next day: take in the spiritual surroundings of Kashima Jingū Shrine, then take in panoramic vistas at Narita International Airport Terminal 1, then stroll around Sakura no yama Park, and finally stroll around Friendly Park Shimofusa.

Medellin, Colombia to Kashima is an approximately 29-hour combination of car and flight. The time zone changes from Colombia Time (COT) to Japan Standard Time (JST), which is usually a 14 hour difference.
