Tokyo holds the status of most populous metropolitan area in the world--a fact you'll find tangible as you walk the bustling streets and explore its diverse neighborhoods and cultures.
Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Tokyo: Kawasaki (Kawasaki Daishi & Lazona Kawasaki Plaza), Myosen-ji Temple (in Togane) and Shirasato Central Beach (in Oamishirasato). Plan for a day of cool, family-friendly fun on the 11th (Wed) at Yomiuri Land. There's still lots to do: get curious at National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation Miraikan, walk around Rinshinomori Park, contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Mt. Tel Aviv, Israel to Tokyo is an approximately 16.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train. You'll lose 7 hours traveling from Tel Aviv to Tokyo due to the time zone difference. Prepare for little chillier weather when traveling from Tel Aviv in September: high temperatures in Tokyo hover around 32°C and lows are around 24°C. Start off your visit on the 11th (Wed): contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Morito Shrine. You can take a train from Tokyo to Kamakura in 1.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. While traveling from Tokyo, expect a bit cooler days and about the same nights in Kamakura, ranging from highs of 26°C to lows of 24°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 13th (Fri) early enough to travel to Nara.

Traveling by train from Kamakura to Nara takes 4 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or do a combination of flight and train. When traveling from Kamakura in September, plan for somewhat warmer days and about the same nights in Nara: temperatures range from 33°C by day to 26°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 15th (Sun) to allow time to take a train to Osaka.
