Turin — 2 nights

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
You'll find plenty of places to visit near Turin: Cantina del Glicine (in Neive), Castello di Grinzane Cavour (in Grinzane Cavour) and Reggia Di Reale (in Venaria Reale). There's much more to do: take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilica di Superga, catch a live event at Juventus Stadium, explore the world behind art at Museo Egizio, and don't miss a visit to Piazza San Carlo.

To see reviews, ratings, more things to do, and more tourist information, read Turin online journey planner.

If you are flying in from Malta, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. April in Turin sees daily highs of 17°C and lows of 9°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 24th (Mon) early enough to travel back home.
