Situated on the Baltic coastline, the small seaside resort of Sopot serves as one of northern Poland's glitziest tourist destinations.
Get some cultural insight at Europejskie Centrum SolidarnoSci and Museum of the Second World War (Muzeum II Wojny Swiatowej). Your inner history buff will appreciate Sopot Beach and St. Mary's Church. Venture out of the city with trips to Muzeum Zamkowe w Malborku (in Malbork) and Fokarium (in Hel). There's still lots to do: take a stroll through Old Town and steep yourself in history at Westerplatte.

To see reviews, more things to do, maps, and tourist information, you can read our Sopot trip planner .

In July, plan for daily highs up to 25°C, and evening lows to 15°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 12th (Fri) early enough to travel back home.
