New York City, USA to Stockholm is an approximately 12-hour flight. You can also do a combination of train and flight. The time zone changes from Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Central European Time (CET), which is usually a 6 hour difference. In August, Stockholm is slightly colder than New York City - with highs of 70°F and lows of 53°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 28th (Sun) so you can travel to Visby.
