Start off your visit on the 7th (Mon): get out on two wheels at Hang Da Village, then make a trip to Sapa Ancient Rock Field, then don't miss a visit to O Quy Ho Mountain Pass, and finally explore the activities along Sapa Lake. On the 8th (Tue), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: take in the architecture and atmosphere at The Stone Church (Holy Rosary Church), take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Y Linh Ho, stop by Indigo Cat, then see the interesting displays at Sapa Culture Museum, then make a trip to Deo Tram Ton, and finally wander the streets of Giang Ta Chai Village.
