You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Nature & Wildlife Tours and Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden. Do your shopping at Royal Street and Faulkner House Books. Nicknamed the "Emerald City" because of its abundant evergreen trees, Seattle is the cultural and business center of the Pacific Northwest, as well as a popular holiday destination.
Head to Pike Place Market and NORDSTROMfor some retail therapy. Get in touch with nature at Olympic Peninsula and Bloedel Reserve. Step out of Seattle to go to Mukilteo and see Future of Flight Aviation Center & Boeing Tour, which is approximately 32 minutes away. There's still lots to do: see the interesting displays at The Museum of Flight, take in panoramic vistas at Space Needle, stroll through Volunteer Park Conservatory, and take in the waterfront at Hiram M. Chittenden Locks.
