Manchester — 20 nights

Manchester is the largest city in the U.S. state of New Hampshire, the eleventh largest city in New England, and as of 2016 the largest city in northern New England, an area comprising the states of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Flume Gorge and Off-Road Tours. Venture out of the city with trips to Franconia (New England Ski Museum, Franconia Notch State Park, &more), Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory and Gardens (in South Deerfield) and Lincoln (Pemigewasset River, Georgiana Falls, &more). There's still lots to do: admire the masterpieces at Currier Museum of Art, take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at West Rattlesnake Mountain, take in breathtaking views at Quechee Gorge, and explore the fascinating underground world of Polar Caves Park.
