Fly from Yakushima-cho to Nagasaki in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of ferry and train; or do a combination of ferry and car. Traveling from Yakushima-cho in October, expect slightly colder with lows of 20°C in Nagasaki. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 10th (Tue) to allow time to fly back home.
