Guayaquil to Puerto Ayora is an approximately 6-hour combination of flight and ferry. Located in the southeast of Isla Isabela, Puerto Villamil is home to the majority of the island's 2,200 inhabitants.
Relax by the water at Playa Puerto Villamil and El Faro. Visiting Concha de Perla and Las Tintoreras will get you outdoors.
