Aptly nicknamed the Eternal City, Rome is the birthplace of the Roman Empire, one of the world's greatest civilizations ever.
Do your shopping at Via del Corso and Fratelli Bassetti S.R.L.. Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Le Domus Romane di Palazzo Valentini and Church of St. Louis of the French. Change things up with a short trip to Ostia Antica in Ostia Antica (about 44 minutes away). The adventure continues: wander the streets of Citta del Vaticano, explore the striking landscape at Passeggiata di Gianicolo, make a trip to Via Condotti, and look for gifts at Officine Creative Roma.

Sao Paulo, Brazil to Rome is an approximately 15-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train. Traveling from Sao Paulo to Rome, you'll lose 4 hours due to the time zone difference. In November, Rome is little chillier than Sao Paulo - with highs of 20°C and lows of 10°C. On the 25th (Sat), you'll travel to Florence.

Considered a cultural, artistic, and architectural jewel of Italy, Florence is the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance.
You've now added Rumble Rock Bar to your itinerary. Pitti Palace and Bianco e Nero di Sonia Staccioli will appeal to museum buffs. Do some cultural sightseeing at Pro Loco San Gimignano and Il Palazzone. Explore Florence's surroundings by going to Barberino Designer Outlet (in Barberino Di Mugello), Castello di Verrazzano (in Greve in Chianti) and San Gimignano 1300 (in San Gimignano). There's still lots to do: steep yourself in history at San Quirico d'Orcia, take in the spiritual surroundings of Abbazia di San Galgano, indulge your senses at some of the top wineries in the area, and get a sense of history and politics at Museo Nazionale del Bargello.

You can take a train from Florence to Venice in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. When traveling from Florence in November, plan for a bit cooler days and about the same nights in Venice: temperatures range from 16°C by day to 7°C at night. On the 3rd (Sun), you'll travel to Milan.

In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
Start off your visit on the 3rd (Sun): pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica San Michele Maggiore, explore the world behind art at Bagatti Valsecchi Museum, and then see the interesting displays at La Triennale di Milano. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 4th (Mon): stop by Krumiri Rossi, then examine the collection at Museo Storico Alfa Romeo, and then see the sky in a new way at Civico Planetario Ulrico Hoepli.
