Pamplona or Iruña is the historical capital city of Navarre, in Spain, and of the former Kingdom of Navarre.The city is famous worldwide for the running of the bulls during the San Fermín festival, which is held annually from July 6 to 14. Visiting Parque de Yamaguchi and Selva de Oza will get you outdoors. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Hecho Valley and Pozo de los Aines. Explore Pamplona's surroundings by going to Mallos de Riglos (in Riglos), Cueva de las Guixas (in Villanua) and River Rafting & Tubing (in Huesca). The adventure continues: explore the historical opulence of Palacio Real de Olite, walk around Parque de La Taconera, take in breathtaking views at Foz de Arbayun, and take a peaceful walk through Bosque de Orgi.

A city famous for its cuisine, Bologna is the seat of the oldest university in the world, founded in 1088.Visiting Playa del Sol and Pineta di Milano Marittima will get you outdoors.
