Sheltered in an inlet of Lake Wakatipu, the resort town of Queenstown enjoys a strong reputation for its adventuring and skiing opportunities.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Cardrona Alpine Resort and Coronet Peak. Take a break from Queenstown with a short trip to ART-CUT Gallery in Cromwell, about 56 minutes away. On the 14th (Fri), dedicate a day to the elevated beauty of The Remarkables Ski Area.
