You can do a combination of flight and train from Ishigaki to Hiroshima in 5.5 hours. Another option is to fly. Traveling from Ishigaki in April, expect Hiroshima to be little chillier, temps between 22°C and 13°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 3rd (Fri) so you can catch the train to Himeji.
