Turin — 1 night

City of Magic

A city of technology and industry, Turin is in northwestern Italy, a one-hour drive from the French border and slightly more than that from the Mediterranean Sea.
Start off your visit on the 25th (Sat): make a trip to Piazza San Carlo, admire the landmark architecture of Palazzo Reale Di Torino, then see where the action happens at Juventus Stadium, and finally pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica di Superga. On the 26th (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: walk around Parco del Valentino, see the interesting displays at Museo Nazionale del Cinema, and then explore the world behind art at Museo Egizio.

If you are flying in from Switzerland, the closest major aiports are Malpensa International Airport, Turin Airport and Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport. March in Turin sees daily highs of 11°C and lows of 5°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 26th (Sun) to allow time to travel back home.
