Ancient yet modern, Derry has a photogenic location on the River Foyle and features a series of historic defensive walls that are the most complete in Ireland.
Kick off your visit on the 8th (Fri): shake up your sightseeing with Far and Wild, then take a stroll around Millennium Forum, and then get to know the fascinating history of The Craft Village. On the 9th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: enjoy the sand and surf at Portrush East Strand, then contemplate the long history of Downhill Demesne & Hezlett House, then take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Eugene's Cathedral, and finally admire the landmark architecture of St. Augustine's Church.

Expect a daytime high around 20°C in June, and nighttime lows around 14°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 9th (Sat) early enough to travel back home.
