Get out of town with these interesting Porto side-trips: Bom Jesus do Monte (in Braga) and Guimaraes (Centro Historico de Guimaraes & Guimaraes Castle). Next up on the itinerary: tour the pleasant surroundings at Cais da Ribeira, stop by Prometeu, learn about winemaking at Taylor's Port, and snap pictures at Ponte de Dom Luis I.
