Barcelona, Spain to Hiroshima is an approximately 19-hour combination of flight and train. You can also fly; or do a combination of flight and ferry. The time zone difference moving from Central European Time to Japan Standard Time is 8 hours. Plan for little chillier temperatures traveling from Barcelona in de març, with highs in Hiroshima at 16°C and lows at 6°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 3rd (Sat) to allow time to take a train to Himeji.

Start off your visit on the 4th (Sun): explore the historical opulence of Himeji Castle, trek along Mt Shosha hiking, and then take in the spiritual surroundings of Nagoyama Reien Busharito.

You can take a train from Hiroshima to Himeji in an hour. Other options are to drive; or do a combination of bus and train. In d’abril, plan for daily highs up to 20°C, and evening lows to 14°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 4th (Sun) early enough to travel to Nara.

You can take a train from Himeji to Nara in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a train. d’abril in Nara sees daily highs of 22°C and lows of 15°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 6th (Tue) to allow enough time to take a train to Kyoto.

Getting from Nara to Kyoto by train takes about an hour. Other options: drive; or do a combination of train and subway. Expect little chillier evenings in Kyoto when traveling from Nara in d’abril, with lows around 11°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 10th (Sat) early enough to take a train to Tokyo.
