London, UK to Tokyo is an approximately 15-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train. The time zone difference moving from Greenwich Mean Time to Japan Standard Time is 9 hours. Prepare for a bit warmer weather when traveling from London in October: high temperatures in Tokyo hover around 26°C and lows are around 18°C.
