On the 24th (Sun), kick back and relax at Falesia Beach and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Praia Da Rocha. With a long history of producing regional wines since the Romans brought grapevines here during the first century, so many people consider Bordeaux to be the wine capital of the world.
Visit St. Andre Cathedral (Cathedrale Saint-Andre) and Monolithic Church of Saint-Emilion for their historical value. Get out of town with these interesting Bordeaux side-trips: Dune du Pilat (in La Teste-de-Buch), Chateau Cantenac (in Saint-Emilion) and Chateau de Reignac (in Saint-Loubes). There's still lots to do: don't miss a visit to Place de la Bourse (Place Royale), see the interesting displays at La Cite du Vin, admire the striking features of Pey-Berland Tower, and enjoy the sand and surf at Plage du Pin Sec.

Trémolat is a commune in the Dordogne department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France. Appreciate the collections at Chateau des Milandes and Lascaux International Centre for Cave Art (Lascaux IV). Chateau de Castelnaud and Chateau Belingard will appeal to history buffs.
