Toronto, Canada to Casablanca is an approximately 12-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight; or do a combination of flight and train. The time zone changes from Eastern Standard Time to Western European Time, which is usually a 5 hour difference. Prepare for much warmer weather when traveling from Toronto in March: high temperatures in Casablanca hover around 22°C and lows are around 13°C.
