You can fly from Paris to Venice in 5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or drive. In October, daytime highs in Venice are 22°C, while nighttime lows are 12°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 18th (Mon) to allow enough time to travel to Rome.

When traveling from Venice in October, plan for somewhat warmer days and about the same nights in Rome: temperatures range from 26°C by day to 15°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 21st (Thu) to allow enough time to travel to Interlaken.

Nestled between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz in the heart of the Jungfrau region, Interlaken became popular for its proximity to the mountains and lakes of the Bernese Oberland region.

Prepare for a bit cooler weather when traveling from Rome in October: high temperatures in Interlaken hover around 16°C and lows are around 6°C.
