Located just 140 km (90 mi) from Cuba, Key West is an island only about 6.4 km (4 mi) long and 1.6 km (1 mi) wide.
Deepen your sense of the past at sights like Fort Zachary Taylor and Key West Cemetery. Step out of the city life by going to Bahia Honda State Park and The Turtle Hospital. Step out of Key West with an excursion to Sombrero Beach in Marathon--about 1h 5 min away. There's lots more to do: get a new perspective on things with Boat Tours & Water Sports, take a memorable drive along The Overseas Highway, and steep yourself in history at Truman Little White House.
