The tiny town of Friday Harbor is the largest village on the San Juan Islands, and it fits within just 2.6 km (1 sq mi) of space.
Escape the urban bustle at Lime Kiln Point State Park and Dolphin & Whale Watching. Explore hidden gems such as Pelindaba Lavender Farm and The Schooner, Spike Africa, Friday Harbor, san Juan Islands. Traveling by ferry from Orcas Island to Friday Harbor takes an hour. Traveling from Orcas Island in July, plan for little chillier nights in Friday Harbor, with lows around 49°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 3rd (Tue) to allow enough time to fly to Seattle.

Traveling by flight from Friday Harbor to Seattle takes an hour. Alternatively, you can ride a ferry. Expect a bit warmer temperatures when traveling from Friday Harbor in July; daily highs in Seattle reach 78°F and lows reach 60°F.
