Volos

Volos is a coastal port city in Thessaly situated midway on the Greek mainland, about 330km north of Athens and 220km south of Thessaloniki. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Agioi Saranta and Chorefto Beach. Explore hidden gems such as Fakistra Beach and Ieros Naos Agiou Achilliou. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Volos: Agia Marina Church (in Kissos), 1,000 Year Old Platanus Tree (in Tsagkarada) and Damouchari Beach (in Agios Ioannis). Known as one of the Aegean's greenest islands, Skopelos features a long coastline of fine beaches and an interior covered with verdant pine forests, olive groves, and plum orchards.
Explore hidden gems such as The Amani 180 and Velanio Beach. Your itinerary includes some good beach time at Glisteri Beach and Stafilos Beach. When in Skopelos, make a side trip to see Alonissos Triton Dive Center in Patitiri, approximately Patitiri away.
