Modern yet historic, Málaga is a lively city famous for being the birthplace of Pablo Picasso.
Kick off your visit on the 7th (Sat): take a stroll through Marbella Old Town, then see the interesting displays at Automobile and Fashion Museum, then steep yourself in history at Alcazaba, and finally steep yourself in history at Malaga Cathedral. On the 8th (Sun), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: pause for some serene contemplation at Iglesia de Santa Maria de la Encarnacion, make a trip to Balcon de Europa, then examine the collection at Museo del Vidrio y Cristal de Malaga, and finally explore the historical opulence of Castillo de Gibralfaro.
