Spend the 5th (Mon) exploring nature at Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park. There's lots more to do: cruise along Going-to-the-Sun Road, contemplate the waterfront views at McDonald Creek, appreciate the views at Logan Pass, and trek along Iceberg Lake Trail.

On the 14th (Wed), pause for some photo ops at Pompeys Pillar National Monument, then trot along with a tour on horseback, then do a tasting at Yellowstone Cellars & Winery, and finally indulge your thirst for a good beer at Thirsty Street Brewing Company.
