In June in Chitose, expect temperatures between 22°C during the day and 13°C at night. You'll have a few hours on the 18th (Tue) to wrap things up before traveling to Sapporo.

Sapporo is just a short distance from Chitose. Traveling from Chitose in June, Sapporo is a bit warmer at night with lows of 19°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 20th (Thu) early enough to travel to Hakodate.

A gateway to the island, Hakodate has gained a reputation for its waterfront attractions, its proximity to some of the island's most popular natural sites, and its seafood.

You can do a combination of flight and shuttle from Sapporo to Hakodate in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. Expect a daytime high around 21°C in June, and nighttime lows around 16°C. On the 21st (Fri), you'll have the morning to explore before heading off to Sendai.

Human history and nature combine seamlessly in Sendai, with the influence of each never far away in this green and storied city.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Tanabata Museum and Risshaku-ji Temple. Take a break from Sendai with a short trip to Okama Crater in Zao-machi, about 1h 25 min away. It doesn't end there: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Konsho-ji Temple.

Take a train from Hakodate to Sendai in 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or do a combination of train and flight. Traveling from Hakodate in June, expect Sendai to be somewhat warmer, temps between 25°C and 23°C. You will have some time to spend on the 24th (Mon) before leaving for Tokyo.
