Along the Dalmation Coast, the city of Dubrovnik has become famous for its pedestrian-only Old Town surrounded by fortress walls, and its historical heft has earned it World Heritage Site status.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Old Town and Fort Lovrijenac. Take a break from the city and head to Island of Lokrum and Beach Kupari. The adventure continues: delve into the distant past at Gradske Zidine, steep yourself in history at Vlaho Bukovac House, see the interesting displays at Gornji Ugao Tower, and shop like a local with Art by Stjepko.

Reykjavik, Iceland to Dubrovnik is an approximately 11-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and ferry; or do a combination of flight, car, and bus. You'll lose 1 hour traveling from Reykjavik to Dubrovnik due to the time zone difference. While traveling from Reykjavik, expect warmer days and somewhat warmer nights in Dubrovnik, ranging from highs of 31°C to lows of 21°C. Take a break from the city and head to Sumartin Beach and Zlatni Rat Beach. Visit Murvica Beach and Lovrecina Bay for some beach relaxation.
