Santiago, Chile to Manuel Antonio is an approximately 22-hour flight. The time zone changes from Chile Time to Central Standard Time, which is usually a -2 hour difference. Traveling from Santiago in June, expect nights in Manuel Antonio to be warmer, around 23°C, while days are a bit warmer, around 31°C. On the 4th (Mon), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can drive to Tamarindo.
