The rainforest meets the sea at Manuel Antonio National Park, a small but scenic natural preserve on the west coast of Costa Rica.
On the 26th (Mon), stroll through Playa Biesanz, then stop by Beso Loco Boutique de Playa, and then stop by Meli Melo Boutique. On the 27th (Tue), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: get a dose of the wild on a nature and wildlife tour and then experience rural life at Villa Vanilla / Rainforest Spices.

San Jose to Manuel Antonio is an approximately 1.5-hour combination of bus, flight, and taxi. You can also drive; or take a bus. In February in Manuel Antonio, expect temperatures between 30°C during the day and 21°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 28th (Wed) early enough to drive to Uvita.
