Founded in 1535 by Spanish explorer Francisco Pizarro, Lima represents an interesting blend of modern attractions and preserved colonial architecture, much of it clustered in the World Heritage-listed city center.Kick off your visit on the 9th (Fri): ponder the design of Plaza de Armas (Plaza Mayor), get engrossed in the history at Museo Convento San Francisco y Catacumbas, then take an in-depth tour of Museo Larco, and finally take in the exciting artwork at Amazonka. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 10th (Sat): wander the streets of Miraflores, contemplate the long history of Huaca Pucllana, and then walk around Circuito Magico Del Agua.

Ontario, USA to Lima is an approximately 14-hour combination of car and flight. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 3 hours traveling from Ontario to Lima.
