The Queen of the West

Situated on the north bank of the Ohio River, Cincinnati distinguished itself as the only U.S. city that left a favorable impression on one of its most famous 19th-century visitors, English author Charles Dickens.
You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like National Museum of the US Air Force and Kings Island. Get out of town with these interesting Cincinnati side-trips: Balloon Rides (in Lebanon) and Dayton (Dayton International Peace Museum & Carillon Historical Park). A culturally diverse city situated on the shores of Lake Erie, Cleveland boasts many places to visit, such as world-class museums, popular amusement parks, and sprawling recreational areas.
Bring the kids along to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and The Cleveland Museum of Art. Venture out of the city with trips to Brandywine Falls (in Sagamore Hills), Warther Museum (in Dover) and Akron (Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens & F.A. Seiberling Nature Realm).
