Agadir

Completely rebuilt after a catastrophic earthquake in 1961, the coastal city of Agadir rose from the ruins and grew into Morocco's premier beach destination.
On the 1st (Mon), kick back and relax at Plage d'Agadir. On your second day here, stroll through Plage Imi Ouaddar and then relax and rejuvenate at Mellow Massage Tamraght.

Berlin, Germany to Agadir is an approximately 8-hour flight. You can also do a combination of train and bus; or do a combination of train and bus. The laidback town of Essaouira, known for its forceful trade winds, attracts Moroccan and foreign tourists alike with its sweeping beaches and atmospheric, labyrinthine medina, a World Heritage Site.

Drive from Agadir to Essaouira in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can take a shuttle; or take a bus. In August, plan for daily highs up to 33°C, and evening lows to 20°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 5th (Fri) early enough to drive to Marrakech.

You won't run out of things to do in Marrakech, a city where you can spend days exploring grandiose palaces and mosques, photogenic gardens, sacred tombs, and traditional mansions that evoke a bygone era.
Popular historic sites such as Koutoubia Mosque and Palacio da Bahia are in your itinerary. Get a sense of the local culture at Saadian Tombs and Medersa Ben Youssef. Spend the 6th (Sat) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. Traveling by car from Essaouira to Marrakech takes 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or take a shuttle. Prepare for a bit warmer weather when traveling from Essaouira in August: high temperatures in Marrakech hover around 44°C and lows are around 25°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 9th (Tue) so you can fly to Fes.

Morocco's former capital, Fes enchants visitors with its walled medina, a labyrinthine web of pedestrian-only streets and a World Heritage Site.
Start off your visit on the 10th (Wed): indulge in some personalized pampering at some of the best spas and then take a stroll through Medina of Fez.

You can fly from Marrakech to Fes in 2.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a train. In August in Fes, expect temperatures between 43°C during the day and 22°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 10th (Wed) to allow time to travel to Nador.
