Often referred to as Iceland's second city, Akureyri offers an array of cultural attractions in a scenic setting.
On the 22nd (Mon), examine the collection at The Industry Museum and then hit the best photo ops around with an inspiring photography tour. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 23rd (Tue): stop by Flora, Akureyri, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Akureyrarkirkja, then take in nature's colorful creations at Arctic Botanical Gardens (Lystigardurinn), and finally admire the sheer force of Godafoss.
