Aptly nicknamed the Eternal City, Rome is the birthplace of the Roman Empire, one of the world's greatest civilizations ever.
Start off your visit on the 14th (Wed): make a trip to Trevi Fountain, pause for some serene contemplation at Church of St. Louis of the French, get to know the fascinating history of Piazza Navona, then admire the landmark architecture of Pantheon, and finally steep yourself in history at Colosseum. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: pause for some serene contemplation at Basilica di San Pietro and then browse the exhibits of Vatican Museums.

Ubud, Indonesia to Rome is an approximately 17.5-hour combination of taxi and flight. You can also do a combination of taxi, flight, and train. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 7 hours traveling from Ubud to Rome. Traveling from Ubud in March, expect Rome to be cooler, temps between 20°C and 8°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 15th (Thu) so you can catch the train to Florence.

Considered a cultural, artistic, and architectural jewel of Italy, Florence is the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance.
Start off your visit on the 16th (Fri): examine the collection at Galleria dell'Accademia, then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, then snap pictures at Ponte Vecchio, and finally examine the collection at Uffizi Gallery. On the next day, admire the masterpieces at Pitti Palace, take some stellar pictures from Piazzale Michelangelo, and then take in the spiritual surroundings of The Baptistery of St. John.

Virtually unchanged for the last six centuries, Venice is actually a group of islands made famous by a series of canals, bridges, monuments, piazzas, and narrow pedestrian lanes.
On the 18th (Sun), admire the landmark architecture of Porta della Carta, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilica di San Marco, then enjoy breathtaking views from St Mark's Campanile, then contemplate the waterfront views at Canal Grande, and finally snap pictures at Ponte di Rialto.

You can take a train from Florence to Venice in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In March in Venice, expect temperatures between 17°C during the day and 6°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 19th (Mon) to allow time to take a bus to Treviso.
