You might consider the city of Budapest, divided by the Danube River into two distinctive cities--Buda and Pest--to be essentially one large World Heritage Site.
Budapest is known for historic sites, spas, nightlife, museums, and nature. George Town, Malaysia to Budapest is an approximately 19.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of ferry and flight. The time zone changes from West Indonesia Time to Central European Time, which is usually a -6 hour difference. Plan for cooler temperatures traveling from George Town in April, with highs in Budapest at 20°C and lows at 5°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 8th (Wed) to allow enough time to travel to Krakow.

One of Poland's oldest cities, Krakow sits at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains, its historical town center nestled on the left bank of the Vistula River.
Change things up with a short trip to Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau in Oswiecim (about 1 hour away). There's much more to do: steep yourself in history at Wawel Cathedral, appreciate the extensive heritage of Wawel Royal Castle, admire the landmark architecture of St. Mary's Basilica, and browse the exhibits of Wieliczka Salt Mine.

You can fly from Budapest to Krakow in 4.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. Expect a bit cooler weather when traveling from Budapest in April: highs in Krakow hover around 16°C, while lows dip to 3°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 11th (Sat) to allow enough time to travel to Prague.
